In Italy, as in the other countries of Europe, the Legislative Decree (D. Lgs. 81/2008), which entered into force May 15, 2008, provides specific obligations for the employer regarding the training of its employees: articles n. 36, 37 and 73 it is expected that each worker receives adequate information, instruction and training on health and safety and in relation to conditions of use of the equipment used.
